So I've had some not much acne around my chin and jaw area for years but the last 3 months it flared up crazy after I shaved and got razor bumps and began using cope skincare products which only made it worse.
In my panic I researched like crazy to try and fix it, I don't know which one of these actually fixed it but my skin fully cleared up and glows now. This was over 1 single week.
-Sun exposure 20 minutes per day at noon daily
-No skincare products at all, I shower only at lukewarm and wash my face with just clean hands and water and at the end of each shower I blast my face with cold water. Limit showers to maximum twice a day to not wash away too many oils. (I have my suspicions that most skincare is a scam targeting women to make your face dependent or even worse skin so you buy more like a subscription)
-Change pillow cases often, using silk too. I also air dry face after shower.
-Sleepmaxx
-Supplements (Vitamin A 5000iu per day, magnesium, fish oil, horny goat weed (for ed probably irrelevant but that shit works for sexual performance anxiety its not cope imo could be a placebo viagra))
-Diet is mostly red meat, chicken, eggs, banana, dairy, butter, fast food (I don't believe dairy causes acne in people with european ancestry and its just propaganda sponsored by big soy and big oat)
-Lots of water 1 cup every 30 mins and electrolytes sometimes
-Fixing gut health via probiotics, mine was bad after drinking and throwing up. I ate a lot of kefir and pills with probiotics.
Either 1 of these alone fixed it or it was a combination, if anyone here knows ways to make this more optimal let me know.
