I eat the yolks raw. I used to throw the whites out, but I'll cook them in butter now. Has high protein.

High protein diet is ideal to avoid losing muscle during leanmax and burn fat primarily.

Eat less + Eat low protein = Lose muscle

Eat less + eat high protein = lose fat

I mean obviously you do not really need to track how much you eat when eating meat so just eat till full. You'll lose fat anyway, it's meat.

Beating or making them out of shape destroys some enzymes u gotta eat separately

I agree with the way of eating, but don’t think the you’ll lose fat guaranteed if you eat meat only is true.

CICO still applies to an extent, but i think you can consume 500 more cals on meat only than normal diet and maintain the same weight due to thermic effect of digesting protein. but you still can gain fat on meat only. lower meal frequently due to being more satiating and reduced insulin response and less calorie dense it all it is.
