i decided on saving up my money for surgery

from this summer and onwards i will be saving up my money to get surgery, im 19 and my goal is to be surgerymaxxed before moving to usa (hopefully around 26-27), until i get my surgeries i will be continuing my strict gluten free diet and i will start mt2/tanning beds after the summer, the only looksmin i will receive is stress from university and occasional drinking when clubbing. I will also start using tanned moisturizer and a bit of mascara on my brows(they are pretty good rn but just need the slightest bit of density)

I could technically get it for free with public healthcare system, but it's so ass and bluepilled that id rather save money for the best surgeon in my country, he has been teaching in events with Raffaini and Alfaro before so i trust this nigga

My first consultation is in 3 weeks so idk about the price but a rough estimate would be around $15K, im 18 so i will have to wageslave, my parents wont bless me out with surgery money, i also got into med school so idk how will i work because i wont have the time
