I dehydrated myself and now look and feel like shit

I have been auschwitzmaxxing for 4 days drinking coffee and at that time period I have been pissing a lot so I must have lost a lot od water and after that my face not better unlike many would think but worse. My undereyes look like shit and I look overall ill. Now I constantly want to drink and still hardly pee. My face looks better when slightly bloated IMO
