Deleted tiktok and other social medias that at the start of January cuz i couldn't even read ONE LINE of a book without zoning out.

Changes in my day to day life:
I don't feel much different but I get less bored and I can go full bus/train rides (~1-2 hours) without checking my phone.
My screen time went from ~6 hours to 2 hours.
Stopped daydreaming in class all the time.

Will report in another 1.5 months.
