pic of me on the left was a year ago and probably me at my peak i was like 78kg and i wasn’t even that into lookism at the time lol

now this is me don’t even want to show the physique i look like a bloatcel arab i’m like 90kg but i literally have no motivation to try and leanmaxx again

descending is like the hardest thing mentally because u have like no motivation to achieve what u have already achieved

but like when u ascend it’s easier because u have never looked leanmaxxed before if yk what i mean
