I used to train very hard in the gym despite being an ectomorph, trying to pack on muscles. Problem was, I was pushing myself too hard.
Now I have cartilage loss (proven by two MRI) in one of my knee (a sign of arthritis) that is painful and can't walk very well despite three injections of hyaluronic acid. Keep in mid that usually they do injections to people in their 70's and 80's for arthritis, I'm still in my 20's.
My other leg is also painful and is experiencing early sign of arthritis.
I also have pain in both my wrists, my left elbow, and three fingers in my left hand. My pain prevent me from doing even a single pushup, actually I cant even go in the pushup position because my wrists hurt and can't withstand the weight of my body (I'm slim).
I have the joints of an 80 years old despite being in my 20's. I'm really genetic shit.
