I guess my brain is perma damaged, I did notice the improvement, but still not enough, Even If i went for 180 days I feel like it wouldnt work out.

I actually did all of that. But still.That is not how it works. You don't just hit the number and boom you recover. You need to make changes all around too. Staying away from porn won't make you recover, if that time is spent on social media/youtube/forums/internet/or anything else that fries too. You need to minimize whatever fries(Social media/Internet/TV/Entertainment shows/Drugs/Junk food). And replace them by lower stimulation things IRL.(socializing/reading) Anything with lower stimulation.
Ofc if you can, Avoid technology for 1 month, dont eat out, eat bland non junk food. You will recover a lot faster.
