I had to force myself to learn how to fight because I knew that I was never a fighter by nature :feelsbadman:

It took me way too long to overcome the natural anxiety I'd get while fighting. During striking, I was still flinching at punches after like 3 months of training 4 days a week.

What's extremely brutal is, after a year of training, some people would join the gym and surpass me after like 5 months, purely on account of having a naturally aggressive temperament.

In the end I just forced enough time into it that I got "decent", but someone with a better temperament could have become "great" in that same timespan.

Some people were just born to lose. You can not be "anything you like" in this life. It's all determined by your natural talents (temperament).

u were high inhib from fapping
Na my T was actually high, I fapped but I was constantly horny etc. It was purely my defective, weakling, friendly temperament that made me high inhib and giga defensive while fighting

Being constantly horny isn’t good and doesn’t mean you’re high T. It just means your body needs more ez dopamine gainz. That kind of horniness is learned by the body.

I guess it could have been low T but I was very healthy and high energy then, so I doubt it was. Test is not the pure determinant for your temperament.

It will get better, just know most people with your temperament are just too pussy to even train, so everyone you meet in the gym will have a natural advantage in that way. Give it time and it will get a lot better, although you'll progress slower than others. If you sink 3 years in to it you will pretty much be able to fuck up most people.

It's not autism, it's being a "nice guy" (pussy), who's naturally averse to physical conflict

No, you can acquire skill and learn how to fight. You'll never be a champion, but you'll get to the point where you can challenge other amateurs and decimate an untrained person. I'm very confident in my ability to fight people now, not an account of any internal rage or desire to hurt people, but just pure technique that I have drilled into myself, combined with strength and size I have built

You will literally adapt if you keep doing it. Train for a year then get back to me. It might still feel a bit unnatural, but it kind of always does.

And work on raw technique by yourself so that throwing the punch becomes second nature and you can be carried by the pure muscle instinct of the technique

maybe you have the bitch form of autism becuase you meant have autistic rage when you get hit.
maybe doing a bunch of neck, core and defence drills can make you a bit more confident in avoiding getting hit and being able to take it when you cant. maybe try to visualise your self doing it when your doing training it can help confidence, I did it a bunch when I was doing cardio.

MMA sparring dosen't translate into real life fight well.
I saw lots of fights as I am oldcel with a decade of clubbyng under my belt and I have literally never saw one which resembles MMA fights, it just looks completely different in real life.
And yes it is bigger framed guy which allways wins the fight.
There is one predictor of fighting ability and that is wrist size, not "skill".

Sure buddd. It's wrist size that is the biggest indicator of fighting success :feelskek:

Research the mindsets of the greatest conquerors of history: Napoleon, Alexander the Great, Ganghus Khan, Atilla the Hun, Julius Ceasar, Charlemagne, etc. Knowing what and how much they conjured is important and knowing how helps but knowing each person's mindset is pinitol.

After learning these truths, adopt the mindset that works for you and use that mindset in all walks of life but especially for battle. Then when in a sparring match or competition you create the belief that your opponent is a warlord and is coming to rape your wife, and kill your offspring and tribe if he defeats you. If you lose then you die so losing isn't an option.

This approach can be used on conquering females but you'll simply change the belief/story in your mind and make it as real as possible (sights, sounds, colors, smells, feelings, touch, taste, etc). All walks of life this method can be utilized to your benefit.

Yes it is, frame size is much bigger indicator of fighting success than how much someone trained in an artificial man-made sport which has nothing to do with real life fights.

MMA, I mainly trained jiu jitsu and wrestling
Try some of the "soft" martial arts like Tai Chi or Aikido, you don't need to be aggressive, you will just redirect your opponents attacks...
