Did for about 45 mins, jump roped a lot, shadow boxing with resistance fights. I'm tryna warm up before i get into a fight gym again, i used to go to fight gym back then now I'll probably go again if i feel like it i'm kinda shy tho ngl šŸ˜³ but yeah the training made me sweat a shit ton, the cardio of fighters are underrated, got an insane shoulder pump ngl

Martial Arts/Boxing is insanely mogger,especially for those trying to shed weight.You're learning to how
