I tried Pneumo’s bleaching guide and did three rounds, about 30 minutes each, using 45% hydrogen peroxide.

My teeth were really yellow before, and girls would even point it out. I’m pretty pleased with my results now.

During the first round, I burned my enamel because I didn’t apply the gingival barrier properly and left a tiny spot exposed. It immediately burnt, and that shit was painful.

Other than that, no major side effects—just some mild discomfort while the gel was on, but nothing crazy.

If you’re thinking about trying this, be careful with the gingival barrier and make sure you apply it correctly so you don’t burn yourself like I did.

Would I do it again? Yes, I’m planning to do it again in 5 months.

45% H2O2 or 45% Carbamide Peroxide?

Also, what the fuck is it with every cunt using AI to write their threads now? Are you incapable of writing, yourself? Did you just paraphrase @KaisenMaxxer's thread?

Yeah same but I didn’t eat for the first two days so my teeth didn’t go back to being yellow and it even helped my gut a bit I think.

Do you now have any long term effects like weak teeth, yellow spots or darker teeth overall?
I definetly consider doing it as well, maybe not with 40% but starting with 20

Nah 6 months later my teeth are still white.I feel like my teeth are pretty strong my dentist didnt told me anything,so I believe the should be strong. But I believe my gel was underdosed because it didnt hurt when I did it no pain whatsoever.
