damn this shit was hard asf i had to use lighter weight and take a lot of breaks to complete it. my bench pr is 125kg/275lb but i understood that means nothing. from now on i will stop gymcelling and just do this workout every morning 5x a week. time to properly leanmaxx.

also his speech at the start was really good. unfortunately i was one of the mfrs who was tricked into this whole male gaze style gymcelling and "scientific optimal periodization gains" bullshit and was autistically trying to have the perfect workout while my gym bros were just eating whatever they see doing bench and curls and getting big. before yall mfrs call this workout bullshit or useless u need to understand broscience is real as fuck and tate is a successful athlete so he has a point

all he did was ohp and upright row
 
but for shit ton of reps which is hard asf cardio wise
 
he combined cardio with weights. revlutionary. you ca get the same benefits by doing your lifts then going for a walk or running on a treadmill

just do heavy compounds
