I understand people that dont watch porn or fap but are in a relationship . Being alone and not fapping is just pure torture . This summer i was on a no fap journey and it lasted more than 2 months . For me fapping 1-2 per week is ideal it keeps me grounded and get away all the sexual desires i have . Porn doesnt do it for me anymore especially professional ones .

Being in a relationship and not fapping, but having sex, is pointless

Sex is not really any better than fapping without porn, because you’re still sexualising your mind and cooming. Sex without cooming is better than with, cos you retain that energy and don’t have the crash, but it’s still addictive

The point of SR is to become more free and not be cooming or chasing things to help you coom
