Form is basic. There is no "super strict form" You either have good form or you don't
The stuff thats overlooked are frequency > volume, fatigue management, and diet, which i hope your focusing the most on considering your in an indian household

I do lower sets 2 for compounds 3 for isolations and 6-8 rep range for compounds and 8-12 on isolations I don’t eat DAAL or any of that vegcuck slop

I train PPA split 2x a week I think I’m doing alright no fatigue and progress easily

why not? if u do 1 set for everything without redundancy your gym sessions will be much faster and its objectively better especially if youre on gear

youll get more freq which is > volume

the stimulus u get from second or third set is much smaller compared to first set, and not worth it when u consider how long it takes to recover from it

well thats where you differ
Its only a matter of changing your split and doing lower reps and sets, and i gurantee you you'll be less stressed and get better results
