I am currently using a penis enlargement stack:
-melanotan 2
- tadfil 5mg
- agmatine 500mg 2x per day
- penis water pump
When I used melanotan for the first time in the morning, I was surprised that I had absolutely no appetite, as if my stomach was blocked. For comparison, when I don't pin it I eat 3000 kcal and when I take it I eat 500 kcal XD AND I AM FUELED How can you be fat in 2025, the shit used for erection/tanning makes you lean
