Guy on tiktok got a lot of forward growth after puberty from “thumbpulling”? I doubt it, was it surgery?

Even without blending the two together you can notice maxillary growth from the eye area alone

Also could be various other factors

Like getting leaner to reveal his underlying bonestructure

Lateral thumbpulling, if it even worked by some miracle, cannot give you forward growth. If he claimed to pull on his incisive foramen, just know that the incisive suture fuses around the age of 4-7(don't remember rn). If he claimed that he was pulling on his incisive foramen to generate growth at the transverse suture, remember that he was biting down the entire time that he wasn't thumbpulling. For any amount of oral changes to happen in the background(which thumbpulling is not sufficient in providing btw), the occlusion cannot be locked(by biting). Also, if my last sentence wasn't true, we would have gotten and overbite, not a longer mandible

Try it yourself, take two pictures with one where you turn your head a little more towards the camera (horizontally and vertically), your face will look more forward grown.
You can see hes frauding the angle when you look at his brow
