Try to work through it, start thinking about her flaws, 'icks' etc.

I can’t fucking control it. At church there was a family with a htn, 6 foot smth guy and he had such a crazy eye area. He looked like Vito basso. I wanted to fucking cry looking at his face and he doesn’t even know how blessed he got. He had a younger brother with the same eye area but shorter. His 2 sisters are chopped but his 3rd is a high mtn vro I got attached by just looking at her. I fucking hate having a crush I can’t stop thinking about her now. I fucking hate having a crush. Besides that not even 1 meter away were other ppl. I don’t know if I even can go to church anymore it’s so many ppl and I get fucking nervous and besides that I don’t know if the voices I hear are 100% my imagination or fucking real. I imagined a voice but then I got scared it seemed so real I started fucking shivering I don’t know what’s happening. I’m currently waiting for my priest to ask him if suicide is a sin heheheh
