Doesnt your body just "no more".

I dont think ive ever slept over 8 without being deprived

i can naturally get over 11h without even having a particularly exhausting day before, and without going to bed at a crazy late hour, i never go past 11pm.
Genetics !

You should be able to naturally sleep for at least 9 hours each night. Do you use your phone before bed? Smoke weed? Do you exercise during the day? That normally leaves me pretty sore and ready to sleep each night.

Ever since childhood. Would always wake up naturally at the exact same time after 8 hours of sleep

Nowadays im struggling to get just 8 because im on anabolics. But thats beside the point

I'm roiding too jfl, I guess it's all just genetics after all.

Yep. I think its correlated with robustity of ones circadian rythm

I believe AAS fuck me harder due to them screwing up the natural rythm of testosterone secretion which was probably a strong cue for my physiology

Exhausting job and activities + depression. But it doesn’t necessarily help, it’s too long without food and light, when I sleep 10+ hours I get dark circles.

I only sleep 9-10 hrs if I skip a day of sleeping or if I'm super exhausted. Not gym level exhausted like heavy cardio like swimming for hours or something
