I don't go outside as much when I'm broke

I don't mean to complain, but vent rather or possibly seek some helpful advice.

I'm almost broke for like 2 weeks now and haven't left the house for 2 days. It's bad because it makes it harder to leanmaxx and puts me at risk of depression.

Should I go out and pet/feed the cats? I struggle with cheer willpower and discipline. Just walking is hard to bring myself to do, even though it's really good for me.

It sucks being an adult man and having to think for yourself. I'm not really meant to take command of situations and be a leader of my life. Does anyone relate to this?
