Golf, Skiing, Cricket, Hiking are pretty big for my area. All appeal to rich older white guys, great for networking and finding mentors to put you on the right track. I got a job at 17 playing golf with my one of my friends dad one time.

Crime and Punishment. I mostly read classics, unless something really strikes my fancy.
It gets more enjoyable when you're actually good at it or can at least see the fruits of your labor. But, yeah, it's not like a dopamine rush like fucking around online or video games.
Running is also more fun if you're motivated and building towards some goal. Same with every hobby. Just gotta find something that motivates you.
