theres tons of different great hobbies but in my experience those where you create instead of consuming are most fulfilling. i sew and collect rare designer items. i would reccomend making something physical

It gets more enjoyable when you're actually good at it or can at least see the fruits of your labor. But, yeah, it's not like a dopamine rush like fucking around online or video games.

running is cool and i do it sometimes, i go sometimes hiking and obviously i already go to the gym

Running is also more fun if you're motivated and building towards some goal. Same with every hobby. Just gotta find something that motivates you.

Try bouldering. It's fun. You can do it outside. Cute girls do it. If you're competitive you can try to get better than other people at the gym. It's more social than regular gym.
