I can’t be fucked to go to gym and hit legs, no girl is going to fuck you because you have nice legs and it just gives u fatigue. I hit it once a week max and only for 45 min maximum

Only leg exercise u need is walking a lot

yeah why would you honestly

especially quads, if your quads get too big it descends you heavily. take a look at will tennyson for example, it's absurd

Only if you’re short with stubby legs. For tall moggers it’s ideal to have defined quads. They aren’t particularly huge. Just well defined at a low body fat

hitting legs or calves is pointless there is really no benefits to having big muscular legs not aesthetically or even health wise wtf are you going to do with strong legs walk harder?

it’s regret buying into the chicken legs agenda.

i could have put more effort into making my chest and arms bigger.
