i went down from 95kg to lowest weight of 76kg in about 3months and shit was a breeze back then

i was essentially just starvemaxxing, eating low carb and unintentionally doing loads of cardio (i had to walk everywhere because i was and still am a brokie)

but now it seems impossible all i have is constant food noise, even totalling roughly a gram of nicotine a day (through nic pouches) doesn’t help with suppressing my appetite.

this shit is so fucking annoying i actually hate niggas that can leanmaxx easily

i think glp1s is going to be my only option to stop being a fat fuck but i’m broke

any other suggestions or do i just have to willpowermaxx

If you're actually serious about then start eating the same thing every day. That's what I've doing, you literally can't get over your calories or miss nutritional markers if you eat the same foods and the same amounts each day every day, when your weight loss start to slow down then just adjust accordingly.

Also very useful for saving money, you know exactly what to buy at the grocery store, no need to buy anything extra or that sounds good in the moment.

That's what I've doing, you literally can't get over your calories or miss nutritional markers if you eat the same foods and the same amounts each day every day, when your weight loss start to slow down then just adjust accordingly.

Also very useful for saving money, you know exactly what to buy at the grocery store, no need to buy anything extra or that sounds good in the moment.

Willpower is a cope created by hustle bros to keep you stuck while they try to sell you courses. Just try to make things as easy for yourself as you can, if you're lazy to cook then I'd 100% recommend you meal prep on weekends or whenever you have the energy.

That's easier said than done of course, but try to take weekends for example, you probably have a lot of free time, you could perfectly use that time to prepare at least 3 meals in advance. And tbh, when I started doing it I even was lazy for that, so what I did was, instead of cooking 3 full meals, I just cooked a portion of one of those meals (like putting sweet potatoes in the oven). I believe that's the key to productivity.

"Put the sweet potatoes in the oven" sounds way easier than "cook 3-5 meals for the week", but just by doing that first task, suddenly you feel a little motivation and now would like to do the next thing, because really you already started. Then once you're done with the second, doing a third isn't as bad, and before you know it you finished all your meal prep by manipulating yourself.

The key to laziness is planning, if you have to do something, write down that thing, then break that "big action" into individual steps and put them into a todo list. Now that you know what you have to do exactly, it's much easier to start. If you don't want to start because it's too much work, then just start with one of those many steps, the smallest possible, tell yourself you'll only do that one thing. And once you actually do that tiny step and cross it off, the productivity-dopamine snowball begins and you can actually get shit done.
