The zygomatic arch is not dependent on the ear/tragus or the or the position of the eyes or upper cranium.
You can have two people with literally the same midface and lower third length yet one's zygomatic arch can be in a different position, this itself also changes the position of the ramus. Higher cheekbones = longer ramus.
