I am finishing a cut from 20 percent bf to 12 percent soon. Facially I’ve improved so much but physique wise I’m a skinny little bitch who would get dicked down instantly in prison jfl. I don’t wanna bulk cuz last time I was so bloated and disgusting looking but also need to build muscle. But idk if 200 surplus is enough. I’m considering roids but don’t wanna risk health anymore becasue im already hmtn lhtn. Should i try a slight surplus? And how much because i dont want face to be bad
 
A clean bulk involves gaining muscle while minimizing fat gain by maintaining a slight caloric surplus (10–20% above maintenance). Focus on consuming nutrient-dense, whole foods, high protein (0.7–1g per pound of body weight), and complex carbohydrates, while engaging in consistent, heavy compound training

if you are worried about health with AAS, just opt for hgh and a higher protein and carbohydrate intake; you shouldnt bloat if you do it right.

Even then, the test is the gold standard; you could just do a lower dose and see how you do at 1300-1400 ng.

Actually you don’t need any caloric surplus for muscle gain if you get your macros right.You can be in a 100-200 calorie surplus if you want to make sure that you’re eating above maintenance every day. But if you don’t want to gain any fat you can still gain pretty efficiently by maingaining
