I don't know why but running/jogging always feels so embarrassing

I rarely do it but whenever I do randomly decide to try run or jog for a bit I always feel retarded for doing so like I'm being watched and judged. If I come across anyone else walking while I'm running I'll just stop completely.

I think it’s just based on your looks level cause it draws attention to you. If you go for a run looking like Chad then you will get IOI. Go as sub8 and you will get weird looks.

I’m ND so doing anything that puts people’s eyes on me is quite uncomfortable tbh. But I think most people feel the same, it’s natural not to want to do too much in front of strangers.
