I used to walk with my head up, making eye contact with girls and seeing if they make eye contact with me or give me any IOIs or anything. But this is just mental illness. So I now never look in the eyes or even at the faces of women. There's nothing for me there.

Na, I find it upsetting seeing pretty girls but knowing they don't see me. I'm happier just not seeing them. I tortured myself for so many years looking at women now I just look straight forward with a glazed expression or down at the gum on the pavement.
