I dont make progress at the gym, and feeling weak af

I am training since years, still no progress. Back then when i was 18/19 i had insane pumps and grew muscles like crazy.
Now i am at 2200 calories, and gain fat very fast, have zero pumps or agression at the gym. I cant recover well, and tired very fast. I also have zero sweat, when before i was totally wet after gym.
What could be the reason?? My t levels are at 550ng/dl. 1-2years ago i had strong depression, and my t levels where around 280. Maybe this damaged my androgen receptors?? I cant take trt because i have heart arrythmias, and because of hairloss.

Eating 2200 kcal sure u dont build up that amount is for cutting not bulking

Also dont train like a bitch

I am only 71kg and skinny fat. My maintenance calories would be 1900.

Have u done strong retard cuts like 1000kcal a day in the past (seems like it)

IMO you first need to upregulate your metabolism by eating in a surplus and building some muscles
Afterwards go down in kcal slow and steady

I eat 2200-2300 calories and already gained fat at my belly.
I was once 84kg bloatcel, and then lost 10kg. Seems like around the fat cells around my belly always stay there.

Sad thing is that i am really fat even at 71kg and 178cm. People irl are calling me skinny. I think i have nothing left than injecting t.

How much? 150mg t every week could be enough?
Anything is better.

You take dutasteride/fin? I already take fin, but i am scared that it could be not enough to battle hairloss.
I also have heart arrythmias sometimes, and scared to die from heart attack because of t.

Oh i wouldnt take it if i had hairloss. Focus on keeping your hair. And fix ur diet, healthy fruits, dried fruit, pasta. Etc. Give it a few weeks, u will feel better in ur workouts

Well you DO have muscles. Your honeymoon period however is OVER. No more eating noodles and gaining pounds of muscles.
Clean up your diet and train hard or roid.
 
I sleep enough, but i go to bed late. Does that have any impact? Should i try and go to bed at 10 or 11?
Maybe if that lets you be more consistent which is what really matters, if you’re getting enough though then it’s probably not the problem
 
You should honestly check your D3, zinc, and magnesium levels. Deficiencies in those may be hindering your success. Do you ever eat red meat, sardines, or oysters?
 
What's your actual routine look like?
 
You should read The Science and Development of Muscle Hypertrophy 2nd ed., especially the diet related part.
I would bet you're way under consuming protein.
 
Since your T levels are normal and you say you’re eating above maintenance, then it just comes down to what exactly is in your diet and what you’re doing at the gym. Make sure you’re getting enough protein. Bare minimum 1g for every 1lb of lean body mass. Try intermittent fasting. And finally make sure you’re actually doing what you gotta do at the gym? Are you resting too long between sets? Are you really pushing yourself each time you’re there? Are you actually executing proper form and really feeling the contraction or are you just in there counting reps? Are you actually lifting too much weight and not really working the actual muscle like you should? All of these are valid questions.

Last resort would be to get a full blood test where you can check your thyroid levels and other potential deficiencies.
 
Wtf please don’t start roiding, you have way too much potential left naturally to risk fucking yourself up. How often do you train and what volume? I guess you know you need to eat enough protein so if you really are in a surplus at 2200 it’s either your training, sleep or regeneration that’s fucking you up
