Not totally I have a solidified rep based on 5 years of cases and hundreds of successful cases, who are visible and vocal in back channels.

But all the additional exposure could be either very good or very bad. I am not worried. If theres any issues I think they will be small and fixable. It's not bad for people to see realistic surgery. That there will be swelling, numbness, and some imperfections will persist even after surgery. If it turns anyone off then thats totally fine - they had an unrealistic expectation in that case.

Every year I do 2-3 things that alter the course of history. It will happen on the right person at the right time.

Clav is not test animal for looksmax spectators. I'll only do what's appropriate and called for in order to achieve the best result while balancing risk and reward on every person. Some people "need" LF2 and the risk:benefit ratio actually makes sense. His case doesnt need it. Surgical outcome (result and safety) is my first concern. The publicity is cool but secondary.
