I don't know about the West, but I think in East Asia, most women don't like men with muscular muscles, especially the trapezius muscles.
Korean women like broad shoulders without trapezius muscles due to naturally long collarbones.
You can't get shoulders like these through Health. The shoulder gap is very cruel and cannot be overcome with Health.
Obesity is bad, but you don't need muscle, 10% body fat and long, straight collarbones are all you need.
