If youre activating your glutes, hamstrings, and have the feeling the weight is on your knees its not a problemI'm guessing bending your back especially on such a heavy weight is really bad for posture.
It's already bad to bend your back using your phone, imagine the results when you are doing it with 80kg or whatever it might be even though the force is reversed.
