Been doing it consistently since Friday, 2 times a day (morning and night) for 1 minute straight one the 3 parts of my palate front, middle and back.

What I noticed is that my tongue fits easier on my palate and breathing through my nose is almost effortlessly. Breathing has improved and I don’t think it’s placebo.

Going to do it consistently for another couple months to see if I see some improvements regarding facial aesthetics.

I have to say that I pull really hard while being in a chintucked position.

The only way to see if it’s “cope” is to do it yourself.
No more excuses and cope. I’m going to be consistent with it.

Youre literally claiming bone change over the span of 4 days(Friday, Sat, Sun, Mon). I dont see what im missing in comprehension.

it works but the effects are barely visible
you will also hit a plateau if you do it for long enough
which is basically impossible to go past without orthodontic appliances

What do you think causes this? Are you claiming your tongue shrunk in size because of thumbpulling or are your claiming you expanded your palate?

lateral pulling is not cope my nigga idk abt front though. also to maintain your gains, you HAVE to tongue chew. if you don't strengthen your tongue the palate will relapse

That’s why I pull upwards and outwards on the back part of my palate. To stimulate repositioning of my mandible. It’s not going to creat new bone, just maximize what you already have.

Yea its the only reason i have zygos. Forward thumbpulling is cope tho since you're trying to pull the maxilla away from the sphenoid which doesnt work. Horizontal thumbpulling at the back of the palate is where its at

Though i was doing it more intensively than you. At some point i could feel pressure on my entire zygos when id do them

I go diagonal on my back part. More like upwards and to the side at the same time if you get what I mean.

How old are you? I’m 24 btw.
