Been doing it consistently since Friday, 2 times a day (morning and night) for 1 minute straight one the 3 parts of my palate front, middle and back.
What I noticed is that my tongue fits easier on my palate and breathing through my nose is almost effortlessly. Breathing has improved and I don’t think it’s placebo.
Going to do it consistently for another couple months to see if I see some improvements regarding facial aesthetics.
I have to say that I pull really hard while being in a chintucked position.
The only way to see if it’s “cope” is to do it yourself.
No more excuses and cope. I’m going to be consistent with it.
