I havent hit legs in months

i first felt guilty to skip legs but i came to the conclusion leg training is useless i fucking hate squats

my first theory was if i didnt deadlfit my back would suffer but i think it looks okay what you guys think

my lower back will suffer the most without deadlifts but who cares

i have been overloading my lats these days im talking 4 different excercises for traps twice a week so like 20+ sets in total and im seeing an improvement

just do leg extensions and hamstring curls

Do a leg day every week do quad curls hamstring curls and squats

If you don't train legs you'll have imbalances, girls will call you out, and your other lifts will be affected there's no downside to training legs

doing 3-5 sets of leg press is more than enough for legs if you dont care about them

You look 20%+ body fat. You should not get above 15% on a bulk. Cut your calories and keep training

training legs is useless except if u have very skinny legs
