I don't understand how the fucking bloat in my body works

I honestly feel like Zyros about this bloat shit


after few days of eating 500 calories a day, my face leaned out and i could see hallowness in my cheeks under certain lights



had to order fast food today since there was no food in the house, literally 1 hour after eating my face looks 2000000 KG fatter and MUCH uglier. I seriously look like a guy who doesn't stop shoving his face with food for eating just one cheat meal. Is this level of bloat normal or what? I seriously can't touch anything except veggies and meat until i die? fuck this bloat shit this is outrageous

i literally ate a fuckton of 'junk food' yesterday - chocolate ice cream and nutella, the whole tub

but i didn't bloat simple because they both had low sodium and i think nutella is high in potassium

look at the sodium per serving for every food u eat and avoid anything that isnt low

You are at the stage in which concave cheeks just start showing: its the most dramatic one because a little difference means concave cheeks vs flat cheeks instead of just more noticeable concavity.

Also you are at the initial "volatile" phase of low bloat dieting, you have to keep doing a respectable diet most of the time. You can cheat if you can bear the temporary bloat. You can cheat around once a week and still have progress.

At the start of my diet I had the same extreme sudden bloat: I even got comments irl from friends that I either looked like I suddenly gained or lost weight over the span of a few hours. Nowadays its not nearly the same and there are even cheat days in which I don't get noticeable bloat at all anymore: but it took me almost 5 years of respecting the diet (aside from those cheat days, no more than once a week) until I got to this point.

Didn't know you're here tbh, it's cool to have you around as a blackpilled looks expert who understands the complications of bloat. I just showed my friend before and after eating the meal and he was astonished as well like "bro wtf your face became much fatter suddenly", so it's definitely real and not in my head



I have a plan to set a diet of some types of green vegetables, lean chicken breast, coffee, no sugar, no carbs, no salt and sprinting everyday, this will 100% remove the bloat in my entire face and body, assuming i don't cheat or relapse. I know it will be hard to give up the pleasure of food, but fuck it tbh i will make this sacrifice to have a much better looking face since a good face is 10000x better than the best meal out there

That really is odd. Bodyfat does not come back that fast.

Wouldn't that mean during his diet he drank very few liquids. He did not mention such a thing.

humans used to consume minimal sodium <200mg in the old ages. no wonder it holds onto it so strongly when you have people consuming 5000mg per day

what micronutrients and macronutrients in ur diet? im on high carb and not bloating just cause of low sodium

I've heard many different things as to what actually causes water retention. But if you believe carbs cause it then you need to do a keto diet.

Had some salty ramen yesterday, wake up like a fuckng baloon when I have too much sodium though I'm starting to think its an allergy/cortisol
I literally look obese sometimes and my whole face sags until I walk a lot its pure suifuel
