good looks is just being healthy, we process looks as healthy offspring indicators, some races have unique features that are the result of years of adapting to a certain environment but those will not break a healthy individual's face, the conditions to survive in the north of europe were arguably the hardest due to megafauna and climate so selection pressure was on the roof at some point that is why its harder to find ugly people over there than in south america for example (natives) because the climate was super chill and the only dangerous animals outside of the amazonas are jaguars or mountain lions which are small and easy to kill with tools
