In mk 677 studies they don't even bother, it's not properly necessary as I say due to the hgh increase being within a normal range.
It's well known that when you increase hgh it will age your bones and an AI is the way to combat this.
People don't usually bother when cycling it but if your young I'd advise it.

There's not gonna be high quality data on this but I strongly doubt it will shorten your life to any noticeable degree as the exposure will be a tiny fraction of your lifespan.
I'd only be concerned if you're injecting hgh for years at a time
