Idk why people drink so much of this stuff

Soda, pop, bubble tea, energy drinks

It doesn't hydrate a motherfucker at all

Personally I only live on water, tea, coffee and neat scotch whisky on occasion
Caffeine and alcohol is good for performance and enjoyment respectively, and they are drinks people order socially.
Oh yeah and wine too, if paired with meat.

Anything else comes with zero benefit

Not with chocolate or bananas. Haven't had those things since I was 12.

If so, yeah it kinda made, but ive noticed humans all over the world overdrink random mass produced unhealthy liquids


If we dont have anything in common, we humans have that
