I eat like a normal fucking healthy person and eat things that are Whole Foods and give me the proper vitamins and nutrition, including things that have fiber in it and carbs because the majority of the scientific health community agrees that fiber is important. Rn tbh I don’t even care about eating healthy cause I’m just on a mission to gain some BMI so I sneak in some pizza or Philly cheesesteaks. As long as I get proper nutrients and I’m not binging tho it’s not a big deal and as long as I’m balancing omega 3 and 6 etc
I can admit that people’s bodies may require things differently and different things can work for different people considering their health but these things have been rigorously tested and I do trust again the meta meme collection of scientific knowledge that’s been accumulated
