I faked sick to stay in at school

I was genuinely sick last night worst pain i've ever been in, projectile vomitting and everything with a headache that was like someone taking a knife to
my head


but then I went to sleep and I woke up I felt completely fine, just a mild headache I blew my feelings out of proportion to skip school though , mainly because I have so much missing assignments and a test I didn't spend a molecule of time studying for (I WOULDVE STUDIED LAST NIGHT BUT I WAS SICK)

now I feel guilty/scared they will find out I faked it, my parents and sister are being super nice to me which is really odd
