I have a strong feeling that you have autism/aspergers or suffering some form of depression.

You have the typical aspie stare I can tell you are not NT from eyes alone

A chin implant won't "ascend you"

You are not unnatractive you are a "normie" , I can see you fitting in most social spaces, not as the main player but a member. I wouldn't bother with plastic surgery, you are more in the category of RTT (steroids, tattoo, tan).
