Hunger is minimal and I have only very minor cravings for junk which last a split second before i just shrug it off.
Any hunger I do have is easily satiated by something healthy and low calorie like a tomato whereas before I would be craving junk so bad and would eat huge volumes of food just to still be unsatisfied afterwards.
Everything I eat is systemized and serves its purpose but still tastes good
Mood is also VERY stable. I feel very calm, yet still energetic and my ADD symptoms seem largely damped
