I feel bad for my parents

I’m a disgrace.
They look after me in every aspect of life, I’ve always lived a very sheltered lifestyle, but instead I’m being such a piece of shit to them. I’m also very naive which makes my family suffer a lot because of me not being able to grow up and act like a “normal person”.
They deserve a better child than me. I hate the fact that I’m ugly and putting that insecurity onto them as well, they have done nothing to deserve this. And this forum has done nothing but makes my mental health worse day by day.
It would have been better for my parents if they didn’t have a child like me. I feel bad for them.
