My theory is that because they had their culture stripped during slavery they are unable to build any sort of meaningful culture + getting influenced by CIA through drugs and whatnot.

What you end up with is this totally shit culture, and only redeemable things are perhaps good music and a focus on athletics. Drugs, fatherless, shootings, killings, “gangsters” all disgusting thug culture
