Yes social media is horrible. I recommend deleting all of it, and start reading and writing daily. If you want a book to start I recommend Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Also the gym, or a sport will help. It is track season so start that.

thats the same i experience. My options for u are:
1. Socialize (without opening up) u can open up i did it but it doesnt full fill you, nor does it solve the problem its useless
2. Talk to God (open up)
3. Make a friend
