I feel jealous when I see people get notifications on their phone

Was at the cinema today watching a movie by myself alone (obviously).

The guy next to me had his phone on his lap and it would light up every fucking 10mins with some whatsapp notification.

The last time my phone got that many notifications was during some event in school that i was partaking in.
