I feel like I’m a kid, i’m 17 around 5’10 and feel like i dont look like im an adult or almost an adult, im not super skinny or anything i estimate ive grown around 2 inches since 15, i have zero chest hair, and i grow barely any facial hair but at the same time i feel like im almost done with puberty, do i still have more growth or am i coping?

I bet you changed teeth a bit late too, you don't grow fast like me, growth plates closing later (20-21), focus on sleep nigger

Sprint HIIT cardio 3x a week, increaes Growth Hormone like crazy PROOF and HGH is your friend, + sleepmax don't be a sleepless stupid nigger and sleep cause you gonna regret it if you don't (Night sleep not 8 hours at day)

Yeah i go to bed at 9:30pm also I workout 6 times a week on my usual schedule, is cycling for the same amount of time as a sprint equivalent? And whats proof

use sprints instead of leg day, the build legs like crazy + growth hormone and test increase + you gonna build more upper body muscle doing them too cause of hormones

Is it fine to do it in a small space where I have to turn or do I do it in a straight line only also for how long each time, i feel low iq asking these questions

dumbass do it outside, i do it in front of people i look crazy but who cares, straight line sprints of course for example (15sec sprint and 1 minute rest do as many sets as possible) and when i say sprint i mean as hard as you can nigga go ask GPT about more
