Which flaws do you have?

My biggest flaw is my hair / hairline. Its not only high 7cm to the lowest point and 9 cm in highest points but its around NW2.5/3 with very thin temples. It has been shit since I was a teenager thanks to subhuman genetics. But this is just the starting point. I have a crooked nose that bends to the left giving my face asymmetry. Not only crooked but big and bulbous at the tip. Jewish type nose with large bridge. My right eyebrow is fucked from an accident I had and had it stitched up at ER giving me a large scar and now hair is not growing there (literally my eyebrow is vertically cut in half). Very thin upper lip. Narrow palate (had 4 teeth removed thanks to Orthodontics). Underdeveloped lower third(both maxilla and mandible). I have a lot of scars on my body. One big scar on top of my head. I think that is all.

I am getting a hair transplant at the beginning of next year. If it doesn't help me then I just rope. I plan to get rhino after that.
