Hard to gain weight tbh.get rid of the glasses, lose weight bro I know you are skinny fat. that should get you to hmtn. other than that, keep the mustache clean and basic hygene. maybe minox for eyebrow or use mascara to darken / thicken. Hair looks good currently, keep it like that, not any shorter. thats all bro, you looks nice, its never over

Why not bulk btw? I was planning on just bulking until I'm at least 200 pounds.yeah just workout and don't try to bulk, also get your steps in. you will gain weight when you work out, there is no such thing as bulking. just eat maintanance and clean whole foods. don't force feed yourself, you will disturb your hormones which can lead to various skin conditions, mostly acne and bloating. Women like lean physiques, not bulky (their definition of bulky is very different that for men. So try to go for an athletic build, maybe even on the skinier side. have patience and do your research. Now that I have said these things, DO EXACTLY THAT. I wasted probably a year and a half of my 2 and a half year gym journey by bulking. I got pretty muscular, but probably even too muscular build, but also was <20% body fat. I didnt realise it because it was so gradual. its gonna make u ugly asf (compared to now), especially if you store a lot of face fat easily (which I do). But the fact that I got to such a high percentage makes cutting so much fucking harder. by bulking, you gain a very big appetite over time, and now you have to starve yourself while keeping all / most of the musclemass. It is going to be especially bad if you are inconsistent (which you say you are, and which I was as well) which will just result in you gaining fat and no definition, which will maybe kill motivation. So basically, from my experience, just eat clean, you dont gotta track calories, just dont eat junk food, not even a chocolate bar or candy, and dont try to persuade yourself by eating fast food and saying "well it contains protein and bla bla bla" its trash food which contains stuff that influences your hormones. get enough sleep and do your cardio, at least 4-5 times a week i would say. Personally I have been doing a lot of different training styles in my time, but the best one imo is full body 1 set till faillure. just do every (compound) exercise and do 1 set till faillure, starting with squats. Did it for 3 momnths and basically have my dream physique (except for height... 5.11 cringecel smh my head). but gl bro update me and pm me questions if needed (idk how fast ill respond but I find it pretty fun to learn about improving life in general so I come here sometimes).Why not bulk btw?
