Profile: 16 78kg 5'10
Context: used to be 84kg
Basically im fat as fuck (22% BF) and I need to cut down to 10% body fat to stop being sub5.
Currently im on a 2mg/ week CJC-1295 w/ dac stack and I also take GHRP-2 300mcg/day - Im planning to move to 12.5mg of MK-677 Every Day with CJC-1295 once my GHRP-2 runs out
My diet consists of:
Having an eating window from 3PM- 4PM and ill usually be fasting for 23 hours before breaking my fast
I normally break my fast with an animal based diet so I only eat: Beef, chicken, eggs, milk, cheese, greek yoghurt, fruit (Banana, apple, berries), honey and I also have oats occasionally, i usually eat about 2100 calories before getting full, 150g of protein minimum. I have liver as well occasionally so i don't fall behind on nutrients.
