I feel like part my ramus is going nearly into my ear when I feel it can it be fixed?

its medium sized, ears r lowset

i know this because of ur gonial angle and chin

focs on ur nose also ur health indicators r shitty, ur undertone,eyebags,hyperpigmentation is what u shld prioritise
