I see these guys lift so heavy and I can't despite more than 3 years of training i can only shoulder press 50 kgs for 4 reps and these guys lift like 70-80 kgs shoulder press

I do eat fine I guess I eat 100 gms of protein r but back then when I was bulking and eating lots of protein still I dint gained much strength

I mean my lifts are progressing extremely slow and I can't gain much strength the next week on the same lift

No I mean diet doesn't really matter when I was eating clean and high protein still I wasn't gaining much strength nowadays I eat more carbs mid protein but still gained some strength compared to before

Atleast your frame is decent (shoulder to hip ratio). Roid, cut and youll look good anyways

you have to be doing something incorrectly. Your form or something man because aint no way i lift the same as you and I've been going to the gym for only a few months

I am really tired giving my best to build strength and muscles but I can't progress it's so sad
Just hop on or atleast cut. Everyone can have a good physique with roids. Its the great equalizer
